A: Laser engraving is a process in which a laser is used to etch or mark a material. Depending on the material being engraved will depend on the technique used to create the engraving. No tools or inks come in contact with the materials, the laser does the work without the use of these materials.
A: After you contact us with the initial request we will then contact you for any further information that we need. If no further information is needed or once we have gathered the info we will then send you a proof of the design and layout for approval. You must approve your proof before we can do the engraving.
A: Yes, however depending on the material and what is wanting to be engraved we will need to have a “test” piece that will be provided by you. This will ensure that we can complete the project to the requested specifications. The test piece must be disposable because it is not guaranteed that the process will work. A: Yes! We can add color and foils to many items upon request. There are additional fees for this service.
A: We do carry limited inventory on all of the products in our online shop. For bulk orders please send the request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are more than happy to purchase items or materials specifically for your order and have contacts with suppliers that help expedite the process. Alternatively, you can send in the item you would like to engrave. If we need to order items to complete your order you will be notified. This generally adds 4 or 5 days to turn around time.
A: Our standard turnaround time for items ordered from our site is 5 days unless otherwise noted on the item you are purchasing. We do however get many of the online stock items out quicker than this. Rush service is available for an extra charge and you can choose that at checkout. For orders over 25 and custom orders please email email@example.com to find out correct turnaround times for your specific project.
A: Yes! We love to talk to our customers. It allows us to ensure that we are on the same page, especially for large custom orders. Also if you are uncomfortable using your credit card for internet purchases we can accept your order over the phone. Just contact us at (715) 545-1025. All personalization should be sent by email to insure the correct spelling on the final product.
A: All products that are shipped are insured against loss and damage during shipping, which is at no extra cost to you. If you should receive an item that is damaged, please notify us immediately so a claim can be filed and replacement items can be sent ASAP.
A: Orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin will have sales tax added to the invoice. If your state has a sales/use tax it is then your responsibility to pay the sales tax directly to your taxing authority. If you are a Wisconsin state tax exempt organization please email your tax exempt certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will not be charged sales tax.
A: Yes; we are located in Phelps, WI out of our home office. We welcome anyone who would like to stop in to do so, but to call first to make an appointment. Please call (715) 545-1025 to set up an appointment, they can usually be made the same day without issue.
